How can I track my order?
  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package. You can also log in to your account on Samnun.com and view your order history for tracking updates.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

    • Standard Delivery: 3 – 7 business days.

    • Express Delivery: 1 – 3 business days.

Understanding Our Business Days and Express Delivery

  • Our business days are defined as Monday through Friday, not including weekends or public holidays.
  • For Express Delivery, the timelines we provide apply to orders placed before 4 PM across all delivery locations. If you place an Express Delivery order after 4 PM, please note that an additional day will be added to your estimated delivery timeline.
  • Shipping costs vary based on your delivery address, the size/weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. You’ll see the exact shipping cost calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out for those!

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future!

Our delivery partners typically make two attempts to deliver your package. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, they usually leave a notice or try to contact you to arrange a redelivery. If delivery is still unsuccessful, your package might be held at a local collection point for a limited time, or it may be returned to us. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to facilitate delivery.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our general return policy allows you to return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or specific product nature. Please refer to our detailed Return and Refund Policy page for full terms and conditions.

To request a refund or replacement, Contact our Support, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Make sure you are familiar with our Return and Refund Policy.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. This typically takes  7 business days to complete. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or you would be contacted for other payment details. Please note that it may take an additional business day for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

The refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. Once your claim is validated, we will proceed with the refund, it may take 7 business days for your bank to process and credit the funds back to your account.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll prioritize your case to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, simply return your unwanted item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Where can i find product details and specification

Once you have selected the desired item, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find a detailed description of the product’s features and specifications. The product’s details also include a list of images for the product, ratings and reviews from other customers, and a list of related items.

You can simply visit the product page and look for the “In Stock” label. If the product is currently in stock, you will see the “In Stock” label. If the product is not in stock, the label will be “Out of Stock” or “Available on Back”. If you need to check the availability of a specific item, you can also use the search bar on the website. Enter the product name to see if it is in stock. If the product is available, you will also see the “In Stock” label on the product page.

It means we are out of stock on that item but you can still order and pay for the next incoming Stock.
