These specific exclusions include: detergent packs and tablets, drinks, stationery, beverages, drugs, food supplements, underwear, beach & swimwear, makeup, body shop, facial skincare, hygiene, hand, feet, and nail care, fragrances, fabric deodorizer, haircare, health and relaxation, adult, and groceries. Also, products with broken seals or missing tags cannot be returned if you simply changed your mind.

• If the item received was broken or defective: This applies to all product categories.

• If the size is correct but doesn’t fit as expected: This reason for return is applicable to Clothing and shoes only.

• If the packaging was damaged: This applies to all product categories.

• If the item received had missing parts or accessories: This applies to all product categories.

• If the item stopped working well after usage: This applies to all product categories, except for Clothing, Sport & fitness items, and Consumables.

• If the item received was used or expired: This applies to all product categories.

• If the item seems to be fake/unauthentic: This applies to all product categories.

• If you received the wrong item/colour/size/model: This applies to all product categories.
