samnun Returns and Refunds Policy

At Samnun.com, we want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in line with industry best practices. This policy explains when and how you can return items, request refunds, and understand shipping or cancellation terms.

1. Return Period

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
  • After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
  • Certain product categories have restrictions (see Section 3 below).

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

You may return items within the return window if:

  • You changed your mind (excluding items listed in Section 3).

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts.

  • You received the wrong item, color, size, or model.

  • The size does not fit as expected (applicable to clothing and shoes).

  • The packaging was damaged.

  • The item stopped working properly after reasonable use (excluding consumables and clothing).

  • The item received was expired, counterfeit, or inauthentic.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, or hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective, incorrect, or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, drinks, supplements).

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, makeup, fragrances, skincare, haircare, detergents).

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel.

  • Customized or personalized items.

4. Return Authorization Process

To ensure smooth processing of your return, customers must first contact our support team with details of the issue and supporting photos or videos where applicable. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Conditions & Packaging

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during return transit.
  • When returning items, please use a trackable shipping service. Samnun.com is not responsible for items lost or undelivered in transit due to the customer’s chosen courier.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, incorrect, or damaged items, Samnun.com will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of our approval or rejection.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we will also refund the original delivery cost.

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can sometimes take up to 30 days.

9. Rejected Returns

  • If a return does not meet the conditions in this policy, the item will be sent back to you.

  • If re-delivery attempts fail, you will be required to collect the item within 60 days. Unclaimed items after this period will be forfeited.

10. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund if eligible and place a new order for the preferred size, color, or product.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@samnun.com or call 0809 707 0033 to request a cancellation. Once an order has been handed over to the dispatch team/courier, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it upon delivery in accordance with this policy.

12. Invalid Reasons for Return

Please note that certain reasons for return cannot be accepted, including:

  • Buyer found the item at a lower price elsewhere.

  • Buyer no longer wants the item after receiving it and it is not defective (outside the 14-day change-of-mind window).
