  • USSD Payments (supported banks only)

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported at the moment. All payments must be completed online through our secure platform.

  • Product prices listed on Samnun.com are inclusive of all applicable VAT and charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successful, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your order details.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Support Team at support@samnun.com.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails, please recheck your card details, ensure sufficient funds, and try again.

  • For repeated failures, contact your bank or try another payment option.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Refunds & Reversals

  • In cases of order cancellation, stock unavailability, or double charges, eligible refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Service charges (if any) from banks or gateways are non-refundable.
