Thank you for choosing Samnun! We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) on business days are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery may be delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all states within Nigeria only.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed for delivery outside Nigeria will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Outside Lagos (Nationwide)

  • Method: Standard Interstate Delivery (Pickup at designated motor park/station).

  • Rate: Flat Rate of ₦10,000.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Note: You will be contacted when your package arrives at the station for collection.

Delivery Within Lagos (Door Delivery)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Rates: Delivery rates vary by location (see table below).

  • Free shipping applies to orders of ₦200,000 or more within Lagos.

  • For deliveries outside Lagos, Standard Interstate Delivery charges still apply.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your Packages on our Tracking Page: https://samnun.com/order-tracking-samnun/
  • You may also log into your Samnun.com account to view order history and tracking updates.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please document it with a video or a picture and contact us immediately to file a report.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your package is lost while in transit, samnun.com will bear the loss and send out a replacement order. Details will be communicated. 

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Our delivery partners typically make two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local collection point or returned to us.
