4.2. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Samnun Ltd is not responsible for any delays in delivery once the product has been dispatched to the courier.

4.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped by Samnun Ltd pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
